For businesses that already chose and are using AI software, Charleston AI provides onsite support at their location. This includes:
- Prompt engineering: rewriting and optimizing the prompts that drive existing AI tools
- Glitch diagnosis and repair: finding and fixing problems with AI features
- Employee training: teaching staff how to use AI features in their existing software

For businesses that do not yet have an AI solution, Charleston AI offers AI Employees. Each AI Employee performs a specific job description. No subscriptions, no technical setup, no dashboards to learn.

- Jobs include: answering phones, following up on leads, booking appointments, responding to texts, managing social media, writing blogs, updating CRM, taking orders, routing requests, handling event inquiries, summarizing sales calls, updating spreadsheets, sending confirmations, advertising, and updating websites
