Do I have to be a business to get ChatGPT help?
No. Most people who bring us ChatGPT are individuals with one account and one life to run. No company, no technical background and no prior AI experience required, and no minimum.
What does ChatGPT help cost in Charleston?
It depends on whose hands are on the work. Learning ChatGPT with an engineer beside you is a private Educational session at $60 per hour. Fixing or setting up your ChatGPT, such as connections, repairs, ChatGPT Work or Dots, is Professional Services at $160 per hour. Either way you pay after, never before and never a deposit. Your ChatGPT subscription is separate and is paid to OpenAI.
Do you do ChatGPT help over Zoom?
No. Every appointment is face to face at 405 Jessen Ln, Suite E, Charleston, SC 29492. You sit beside the engineer, on your own laptop, in your own account. We serve the Charleston metro only.
Will you need my ChatGPT password?
Never. You do every sign-in and every approval yourself. We never take the keyboard and never ask for a password.
What should I bring?
The laptop you use ChatGPT on, the ability to sign in to your OpenAI account, and the one thing you most want it to do, or to stop doing.
Which ChatGPT plan do I need?
Whatever you already have is fine for help and lessons. Dots, OpenAI's always-on agents, need ChatGPT Pro or Business Premium. If you want one, we confirm your plan qualifies before you come in.
Do you only help with ChatGPT?
No. Bring whatever AI you already own: Claude, Gemini, Grok, Muse or Microsoft Copilot. We are vendor-agnostic and we fix and set up all of them.
