When you book an appointment we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and a note about what you want help with. That is all. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy information about you from anyone.
Why we collect it
To confirm your appointment, to send you a calendar invite, and to be prepared when you arrive. We email you a confirmation and we email ourselves a notification. Nothing else happens with it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this website.
Where it is stored
Appointment details are stored in our own database and are not publicly readable. Confirmation email is sent through Resend, our email provider. Our website is hosted on Netlify.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment records as long as they are useful for serving you. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
