Bring your laptop and the invite. We set Duet up from the Claude desktop app: the apps it should see, its morning brief, one real job. Accepting the invitation on your phone is the one step you do yourself. Anthropic sends the invitations, and we cannot get you one.
"It cannot see my email or my calendar."
We connect the apps you choose, and only those, with sign-ins you enter yourself, and show you where to turn any of them off again.

Educational Services. We tell you what to do and you do it, on your own laptop. A private one-on-one hour at any level, and we never take the keyboard.
Fixing or setting it up — $160/hour
Professional Services. You just want it working. Hand over your laptop and we diagnose, repair and improve your Claude in the desktop app and the desktop browser: connections, repairs, agent setup.

Before you come in
Do I have to be a business to get Claude help?
No. Most people who bring us Claude are individuals with one account and one life to run. No company, no technical background and no prior AI experience required, and no minimum.
What does Claude help cost in Charleston?
It depends on whose hands are on the work. Learning Claude, where we tell you what to do and you do it, is a private Educational session at $60 per hour. Fixing or setting up your Claude, such as connections, repairs and agents, is Professional Services at $160 per hour. You always pay after, never before.
Do you do Claude help over Zoom?
No. Every appointment is face to face at 405 Jessen Ln, Suite E, Charleston, SC 29492. You sit beside the engineer, on your own laptop, in your own account. We serve the Charleston metro only.
Will you need my Claude password?
Never. You sign in yourself. In an Educational session we tell you what to do and you do it, and we never take the keyboard. For a Professional repair you sign in, then hand us the laptop. Either way we never ask for, type or keep a password.
What should I bring?
Your laptop. Use Claude on your phone or tablet all you like, and we encourage it, but connectors, skills and diagnostics only exist on a desktop, with files, folders, the terminal and browser extensions. Be able to sign in to your Claude account, and bring the one thing you most want it to do, or to stop doing.
Why do I need to bring a laptop?
Because the advanced features of every frontier lab live in its desktop app, not in the browser, phone or tablet versions. Connectors, skills, plugins, scheduled tasks, access to your files and folders, the terminal and desktop browser extensions all need a desktop. Use your AI on your phone or tablet all you like, and we encourage it. But diagnostics, adding a connector, changing a skill or updating a plugin is exactly the advanced work people come to Charleston AI for, and that work happens on your laptop.
Can you get me Claude Duet?
Duet is a research preview for Pro and Max plans with a US Claude account, by invitation from Anthropic’s waitlist. We cannot get you an invitation, but if you have one we set it up with you.
Do you only help with Claude?
No. The lab works on all five frontier labs: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Muse. Microsoft Copilot almost always needs your company admin to approve changes, so our Onsite team handles it at your business: https://onsite.ai-chs.com/
