What Duet is

A research preview of Claude you message like a person. It runs on your Claude account, so your memory, skills and connectors come with it. Each morning it reads your mail and calendar and sends you a brief, and it keeps working after you close the app. Finished work lands in its Make tab; anything waiting on you lands in Tasks.

Who can have it

Pro and Max plans with a US Claude account, by invitation from Anthropic’s waitlist. Not Team or Enterprise yet. The invitation is tied to one email, which has to match your Claude account and your phone’s Apple or Google account. Bring the invite; we cannot get you one.

Why setup matters here

Duet reaches only what you connect, and its background work, the morning brief included, draws on your plan’s usage. Which apps it sees, what its brief looks at and what it brings back to you first are worth deciding carefully, once.

The line it will not cross. Duet shows you what it plans to do and waits for your approval before it sends a message, makes a payment, signs a document or deletes anything. It cannot make calls, send texts or move money between accounts, and it never sees the files on your computer.

Before you book

Can you set up Claude Duet for me if I am not a business?

Yes. Most people who bring us Duet are individuals with one account and one life to run. No company, no technical background and no prior AI experience required.

What does Claude Duet setup cost?

Setup on your own account is Professional Services at $160 per hour, paid after — never before, never a deposit. If you would rather learn to do it yourself with us beside you, book an Educational session at $60 per hour instead. Your Anthropic subscription is separate and paid to Anthropic. We also run occasional flat-price setup deals at fluency.ai-chs.com.

Do you do this over Zoom?

No. Every appointment is face to face at 405 Jessen Ln, Suite E in Charleston. You sit beside the engineer, on your own phone, in your own accounts.

Will you need my password?

Never. You press every button: every sign-in, every allow, every approval. We never take the keyboard and never ask for a password.

What should I bring?

Your phone, iPhone or Android, with the Claude Duet invitation email on it, the ability to sign in to your Claude account, and one job you would like it to take off your plate.
