Why a move is harder than it looks. Every company has connectors, plugins and skills. Each one calls them something different, keeps them somewhere different, and puts the advanced ones only in its desktop app. Exporting a chat history moves almost none of it.
How a move goes

Your laptop or desktop computer, and the ability to sign in to the AI you are leaving and the one you are moving to. Never a written-down password; you sign in yourself.

Take stock

We go through what your old AI actually does for you: instructions, memory, projects, custom GPTs or Gems, connectors, plugins, skills and anything on a schedule.

You decide who does it

Move it yourself with the expert beside you, or hand it over and we move it. Same hour, your choice.

Carry it across

Instructions and memory first, then projects and reference files, then every connector, plugin and skill rebuilt on the new AI under its own names.

Run it side by side

Before you leave, the new AI does the same jobs the old one did, in front of you, on your own data.

Pay after

$60 an hour doing it yourself, $160 an hour if we do it. Never before.

Before you move

Can you move me from ChatGPT to Claude?

Yes, and from any of the five to any other: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, SpaceXAI and Meta. Bring your laptop or desktop and be able to sign in to both accounts. Your custom instructions, saved memory and projects come across, and your connectors, plugins and skills are rebuilt on the new one so it works on the first day.

Does my chat history move?

Mostly no, and we will tell you so up front. The labs let you export your history, and we keep that export safe for you, but no lab imports another lab's chats as conversations. What matters is what your old AI learned about you, and that does move: instructions, memory, the reusable prompts and the projects you rely on.

What about my custom GPTs or Gems?

They do not move as files, because each company builds them differently. We rebuild each one on the new AI as whatever that company calls it: a project, a skill or an agent, with the same instructions and the same reference files.

Why can I not just do this myself?

You can, and if you want to, book the $60 hour and do it with us beside you. The hard part is that every company has connectors, plugins and skills but names them differently and keeps them in different places, and the advanced ones only exist in the desktop app. That is the part we know.

What does a move cost?

$60 an hour if you do it yourself with an expert beside you, $160 an hour if we do it for you. Most moves take one to two hours. You pay after, never before, and your subscriptions are paid to the companies themselves.

Do I have to cancel my old AI?

No. Many people keep both for a month. We set up the new one so it does everything the old one did, and you cancel the old one when you are ready.

Can you move my whole company?

Company-managed AI (business, team and enterprise plans, and Microsoft Copilot) is handled at your business by our Onsite team, at onsite.ai-chs.com. The lab moves personal AI.
